If you want to return or exchange your purchase, please know that the time period begins the day you receive your product and applies to all of our products. Below is some important information about our return policy, and how to proceed.
General return policy 30 days after the item arrives.
- Buyer is expected to pay for return postage.
- We recommend that you get tracking on the return package.
- No restocking fee.
Wrong size
If the item’s size isn't perfect for you, we do offer to switch to the same item in a different size FOR FREE. The buyer will still need to ship the original item back at the buyer’s expense.
Item arrived damaged
In the unlikely case that the item arrives damaged please reach out to us so we can make it right. This policy does not apply to items damaged by the customer.
Incorrect Address
- Please email us within 24 hours of placing your order at sales@effortlesslyus.com if you need to update the address.
- If we have not started your order, we will update it for you.
- If the order has already been placed and shipped out, we can’t do anything when it is in transit.
- Note, please check the address on your order confirmation and your shipping confirmation to review it is the correct shipping address. We will not be responsible for addresses entered incorrectly. If an address is filled out incorrectly and is considered undeliverable by USPS or other shipping company, the order will be cancelled & refunded minus a $10 handling fee by default. Something happened during my shipping process. It was marked delivered but never showed up. I contacted the seller and they were so helpful. They responded in good timing and they sent me another ring when the first still hadn’t shown up 3 days later. I was excited for this ring and I’m glad I was. The ring is even more beautiful in person.

It was a little bigger in size than I thought. I wish were the gemstones were that area was a little bigger.
I wish the gems went all the way around and it definitely looks more gold than rose gold but I enjoy it and it seems decently made.
I messaged the seller to let them know that my ring would get stuck. They told me to use it for 2 weeks and let them know. It still gets stuck sometimes I feel like I have to put more pressure than I have to just to spin it. It is a cute ring and I love the idea maybe it was just a fault ring idk but wish it didn’t do that
****UPDATE*** I did get a new one and the shipping was fast for me. This ring did work out better i definitely think it was a flaw in the last ring I got it does sometimes still get stuck but not as often as my old one did. They reached out and sent me a new one after.

The gems are a little smaller than I thought they would be but honestly it looks great! I think it is also because I got a size 11 so they look a little smaller. Also, I wanted this ring a while back (they didn’t have my size yet) and they were SO SWEET when I contacted them. Great product for a great price and fantastic customer service. I would recommend getting this if you are still debating on it.
While the design is cute, this was not what I was expecting. The description says homemade and lists the materials as stainless steel, but it honestly looks and feels very cheap. Additionally, it doesn't spin very smoothly. Shipping was quick and easy.
