Shipping
- How long until my order is made and shipped out?
- As all EffortlesslyUs items are custom made-to-order (assembled, engraved, polished, plated, and packed in-house), we typically take 1-3 business days for creation before we ship your piece. This timeline may vary slightly and may be longer around holidays or due to the special situation. We will always let you know if orders are taking longer than expected!
- Once made and shipped out, how long until my order arrives via USPS?
- 1-2 weeks to Australia, UK and Canada.
- 1-5 days to USA.
- Note that the shipping time may longer due to the local delivery policy.
- Help, my package has not arrived!
- Transit time can vary greatly depending on weather, holidays, and other factors. Please be patient and check the tracking provided to you via email.
- For international orders, customs processing may take some time and the package may appear stalled. Don’t panic! It is completely normal. Unfortunately, we do not have much control over packages once they have left.
- Please email us at sales@effortlesslyus.com if you have any questions on your delivery status.
Ordering
- How do I update or cancel my order?
- Please email us within 24 hours of placing your order at sales@effortlesslyus.com if you need to change or cancel the order.
- If we have not started your order, we can update it for you.
- If the order has already been placed and shipped out, we can’t do anything.
- What payment methods can I choose from?
- We accept most major credit cards and PayPal.
