If you want to return or exchange your purchase, please know that the time period begins the day you receive your product and applies to all of our products. Below is some important information about our return policy, and how to proceed.
General return policy 30 days after the item arrives.
- Buyer is expected to pay for return postage.
- We recommend that you get tracking on the return package.
- No restocking fee.
Wrong size
If the item’s size isn't perfect for you, we do offer to switch to the same item in a different size FOR FREE. The buyer will still need to ship the original item back at the buyer’s expense.
Item arrived damaged
In the unlikely case that the item arrives damaged please reach out to us so we can make it right. This policy does not apply to items damaged by the customer.
Incorrect Address
- Please email us within 24 hours of placing your order at sales@effortlesslyus.com if you need to update the address.
- If we have not started your order, we will update it for you.
- If the order has already been placed and shipped out, we can’t do anything when it is in transit.
- Note, please check the address on your order confirmation and your shipping confirmation to review it is the correct shipping address. We will not be responsible for addresses entered incorrectly. If an address is filled out incorrectly and is considered undeliverable by USPS or other shipping company, the order will be cancelled & refunded minus a $10 handling fee by default. I wasn’t expecting much from this ring, as reasonably priced as it was. However, I have been pleasantly surprised at the quality. It’s the first ring I’ve bought in a long time that hasn’t turned my fingers green! It took a while to “break it in” and get the spinning portion to spin smoothly. I wear it on my bird finger and use my index finger to spin it...or use my other hand when I’m sitting and waiting at appointments or simply get bored or anxious. I’m considering purchasing another to wear on my left hand, then I can spin both at the same time! But honestly, the design is great, the moon and stars are punched out on the spinner portion and won’t wear away with use. You can’t go wrong with this ring!

I bought the size 10 to wear on my right thumb. It is a bit heavy on my thumb ,but I still like it and wear it alot. It does spin some. Sometimes not so much. The stars and quarter moons are tinny. Seems well made. Not made cheaply.
This was a late arriving Christmas gift but my 15 year old daughter loves it so much it didn’t even matter it was “late”. ☺️
